I hope you and your student are settling into the rhythm of classes this semester. If you are new to Leadership Academy of Utah (LAU), I hope you feel welcome and included. 

American entrepreneur Jim Rohn said that success is achieved not through one singular event, but through “a few simple disciplines, practiced every day.” As your student begins this semester, please encourage them to develop daily habits that will help them be successful. These habits could include good study habits, being on camera in class, sharing insights with their peers, attending online events, and reflecting on what they learned throughout the week. 

Though small, these habits will have a significant impact on your student’s ability to experience transformational learning. My hope is that the accumulation of these small, daily victories will give them the momentum to do great things.

I look forward to meeting many of you at one of our upcoming in-person events, either at our Splash Summit Pool Party tonight in Provo or the North Shore Luau next week in North Ogden.
