This has been a trying year for everyone–especially youth. As we continue to serve your family, we want to be sure your student feels supported. Starting Monday, March 1, LAU will be hosting an online Wellness Week to provide resources for your student to help them navigate the challenges they face. Each day will cover a different topic: 

• Monday: Online Safety
• Tuesday: Social Boundaries
• Wednesday: Body Image
• Thursday: Emotional Health
• Friday: Personal Empowerment

We want to make sure your student has everything they need to succeed, and we’re excited to experience Wellness Week with them! All parents were sent an email this week with each day’s content and details about the online course. As always, please feel free to reach out if there is anything we can do to improve your student’s educational experience.

If you would like to receive daily reminder emails, please complete this form. This will not include any additional information but will have the student content and parent resources readily available for you and your family. If you do not want your student to participate in Wellness Week, please complete this form and we will excuse your student from the assignments.

2021-22 Registration Opens Soon: Registration for the upcoming 2021-22 school year opens Monday, March 29. Visit our Courses page to determine which classes your student will need. If you have questions or need help registering, please set up a Zoom meeting with one of our school counselors. For 9th and 11th grade students, email Shauna Larson. For all other grades, please email Kate Chaney.

Student Body Elections are coming soon: We are currently accepting applications for the 2021-22 Student Body Presidency and Leadership Team. Applications must be filed by Friday, April 2. Click here to learn more. 

Encourage your student to sign up for LAU Prom! This year, Prom will be Friday, April 9, from 7:00-11:00 PM MT at Canterbury Place in Bountiful, Utah. All LAU and WA High School students are welcome – and so are their guests! Food will be served from 7:00-9:00 PM. This year there will be a crêpe station with both sweet and savory crêpes! There will also be a photographer with a photo booth. Please sign up all guests that will attend. The Prom is $10 per person for both students and guests. All fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. Visit Homeroom for more information.
