Weekly Parent Email – October 30, 2020

October 30, 2020

As we move into November, I’m focused on gratitude. How many of us get to spend our lives doing something we truly love that gives our lives a purpose? For me, working with LAU students like yours is a true blessing.

Our Student Body Leadership team recently started an initiative called the Student Mentoring Program. Student Mentors will help new students learn their way around LAU’s online systems, find their way to social activities (both online and in-person), succeed on their assignments, and also “just be their friend.” I love that our students came up with this program themselves. LAU students are simply the best!

Thanks, as always, for counting us as part of your family’s educational team,

Pete Jensen

Executive Director, LAU
