It’s hard to believe that the school semester is winding up so quickly. The 2022-23 school year will be over in just ten weeks. As we look forward to the summer break, we can’t lose sight of what must be done today. Registration for the 2023-24 school year starts next Monday. Hopefully, you have already submitted your student’s application to return to LAU next year. If you still need to, we encourage you to submit your student’s application in SIS so your student is eligible to register for classes starting Monday, March 27.

Please feel free to contact our school counselors, Kate Chaney (serves students with A-L last names) and Shauna Larson (serves students with M-Z last names), if you have any questions about your student’s classes or need help creating a non-traditional schedule to serve your student better. They are experts and will help you and your student develop a manageable schedule that fits within the required number of courses.

We appreciate you allowing us to serve your students. We work hard to support parents and students in their education journey. We hope you, as parents, recognize that we are partners in this journey, and we are delighted to answer questions and offer support in meaningful ways.

Get ready for early fall registration! Registration for accepted students for 2023-24 opens this Monday, March 27. To make sure you’re prepared, we recommend reviewing our middle school and high school path pages. If you have any questions about registration, please contact your student’s school counselor: Kate Chaney (for students with last names A-L) or Shauna Larson (for last names M-Z). If you have not already applied for 2023-24, you can start the process here.

Registration for Summit Leadership Adventure: LAU’s preferential registration for the summer Summit Leadership Adventure has ended, but it’s not too late to register! LAU students can still register for Summit Leadership Adventure by filling out this interest form. Registration is also open to self-pay students. If your student wants to attend more than one Summit Leadership Adventure session or has friends or family members that qualify (9th-12th grade students this school year) and would like to self-pay to join the adventure, they can fill out this interest form. Additional forms and information will be sent to registered students in the upcoming weeks.
