Community Resource Directory for Transitions Students in UtahTransition refers specifically to the transition between high school and adult life. This may entail higher education or immediately entering the workforce. There are also logistical skills to learn when moving out on one’s own, such as finding housing, securing utilities, transportation, budgeting, self-care, and planning life goals. The transition team will work with students to consider all of these topics and begin to make these plans.
