LAU hosts in-person activities throughout the school year with many of them open to family and/or guests! Registration is required for each event. Here's what's coming up:

LAU Parent & Student Handbook
The LAU Parent & Student Handbook contains answers to most questions parents have about our school and online learning. We encourage all parents and students to refer to this handbook as questions arise throughout the school year.

Adventures Parent & Student Handbook
The Adventures Parent & Student Handbook provides guidelines for students enrolled in Outdoor Adventures and Leadership Adventures courses.

Student Support Handbook
The Student Support Handbook contains suggestions and resources to help students succeed academically, including eliminating distractions, managing time effectively, tips for math and reading, and where to go when additional help is needed.

Laptop/Chromebook Handbook
If your student borrows devices from LAU, the Laptop/Chromebook Handbook is required reading for both you and your student. In this handbook, you will find the LAU Acceptable Use policy, parent and student responsibilities, log-in instructions, basic troubleshooting tips, and more.

Mental Wellness Resource Handbook
The Mental Wellness Resource Handbook includes general information on behaviors and mental health, as well as hotline numbers and other resource links.

Absence Request Form
Is your student going to be absent due to a planned trip or adventure?
Please complete the Williamsburg Learning Absence Form if your student(s) plan to be absent for three or more consecutive days. Please submit this form at least one week prior to the planned absence (preferably one month in advance). We will notify all your students’ mentors of the upcoming absence. -
Dual/Split Enrollment Form
Does your student attend public school in addition to LAU?
Please complete our Dual/Split Enrollment Form for review by our Registrar if your student plants to attend public school in addition to LAU. -
Transcript Request Form
Need a copy of your student’s transcript?
Please submit the Transcript Request Form to request transcripts. -
Withdrawal/Transfer Form
Do you wish to withdraw or transfer your student(s) from LAU?
If you would like to withdraw or transfer your student(s) from LAU, please complete our Withdrawal/Transfer Form. Please complete a form for each student who is withdrawing from or transferring out of LAU. We love our students and hope you never have to use this form!
